UHG Operations

Following construction, commissioning and performance testing of the CHPP, Sedgman provided an operational transition and optimisation team to facilitate the successful transition of the project to an owner operated site. 

Sedgman were awarded the CHPP operational readiness and early operations contracts to assist with training, establish proven operating systems and procedures, and subsequently manage the operation and local labour for UHG Module 1 The client personnel transition and upskilling process incorporated a reciprocal training program which enabled client personnel to gain practical operating experience at Australian operating sites.
