Our engagement of suppliers, service providers and works subcontractors commences with prequalification and onboarding to our procurement system, Felix. The pre-qualification process involves financial, quality assurance and governance checks and ensures high-quality suppliers and subcontractors are engaged to work with Sedgman. Suppliers are invited to register their interest via Felix.
We have proven, existing relationships with highly skilled suppliers joint venture partners around the world, offering the benefits of aligned values and people management right through to aligned systems. We have demonstrated ability in applying the international organisation for standardisation (ISO) standards to establish relationships with new suppliers, and productive joint ventures with local contractors selected for their precise match to specific project requirements.
